Laboratory of Bioconversions
Technological flowchart of bioconversion laboratory
A new, 1 m3 universal bio reactor for fermentation investigation has been established in FVM Mezőgazdasági Gépesítési Intézet, Gödöllő with the support of “Development of universal fermentor system for technology modelling supplying market demands” Baross Gábor Programme project. This measuring equipment is suitable both biogas and bioethanol investigations (anaerobic digestion and fermentation). The capacity of the reactor is approximately 800 liter and at bioethanol side 50-80 liter biofuel can be produced with one filling. This system can be successful for renewable energy researches directly from economic and environmentally indirectly from social welfare aspect.
